# Any advice for a Chile visit?

Thinking of spending a week or two there. Never been south of the equator, so that might be interesting… the sun appears to move in the opposite direction from which northern hemisphere people expect?  
Is this disorientating at all?

Also Valparaiso is one of those magical destinations (like Samarkand) we have heard of but never thought in our younger days we would ever get to see…
