**Slackergirl** , **thinksnow** and I were talking about Bare Naked Ladies’ summer tour and that it could be fun to see them. A wee bit of research shows that they are playing at the Shoreline on Thursday, August 16. Lawn tickets are $25. I’d love to go, anyone want to join me? I’m not a huge concert-goer, but man are BNL concerts fun. I haven’t seen them in years, but I scored a ticket for their Detroit show in August. They’ve been huge here for years (our proximity to Canada) so tickets are pretty hard to get. SCORE! Anyway, I highly recommend you Bay Area dopers get off your rumps and go! ---

Aw, y’all (except Slackergirl) suck. Demo, you can’t, you know, develop of terrible flu midway through the workday? SG, I have never been to the Shoreline, so I don’t know, is there assigned seating for general admission? Because if not, we can just buy independently. Otherwise, I could put tix on my magical piece of plastic, since you did that for us at SLO. ---

I’ve never seen a show there, so I have no idea what seating is like. Would you mind charging it? - My credit card is still a little full from SLO. I work a couple of miles away - if you want to come down early we could meet there and grab dinner or something before the show. I think you could probably take caltrain down to avoid the traffic.
