# Any Bulletin Board Moderator's Qualifications?

What are the minimum qualifications a bulletin board moderator should have in order to determine what is a factual or nonfactual question?

At minimum a moderator needs coin to flip. :rolleyes:

General Questions is for questions with factual answers. This is not a question with a factual answer. The Pit is the place for all complaints and other discussion regarding administration of the SDMB.
