# Any experience with an inversion table?

Has anyone here used an inversion table (or gravity boots) to hang upside down from your ankles? How do you like it? Is it worth getting one?

I used one at the physical therapist’s while recovering from a slipped disk. I think it was helpful, and I kinda wish I had one at home to see if it would help drain things when I get bronchitis. The one I used was a nice one that sells for, I think, $250, and maybe I’ll get one some day. But, it wasn’t magic, just good enough that I think it helped.

My physical therapist was pretty cooperatative about things like people trying equipment - if you ask around, you may find the same opportunity where you are. Certainly worth a try.

My wife lovers hers. Need the space to keep it up or it is too easy to quit using it.

Check craigslist, in the sporting goods section. I see 'em pop up every once in awhile.
