# Any good freeware CRM?

Looking to implement a CRM program for the company. About 10 users. Of course, because I am the boss, and a cheap bastard, I would like it for free.

Would like it to

Generate reports  
Email reminders to sales reps  
Anything else I should think about or know? If there are no good freeware programs, what are affordable CRM programs?

I was pretty happy with sugarCRM when I used it. My biggest regret was that for my particular business there wasn`t enough value in investing in customizing it much, rather than the software being limited and difficult to customize.
