Not in _that_ manner, you pervs! I was just thinking that it’s been quite a long time since I’ve seen any Indiana Dopers, and wanted to catch back up with you guys, and maybe meet some new folks! My husband is going to be out of town the weekend of August 13th, so I’m going to be all by my lonesome. Anybody wanna come keep me company? In the past, we’ve met at BW3, Yat’s, and my house. So, any takers? **Munch, bodypoet, todd33rpm, AskNott** , I’m lookin’ at you! I’ve also noticed that **Dazzling White Diamonds, Sternvogel,** and **JimSox5** are from Indiana. So, who’s up for it? ---

As of now, I don’t have any plans for that weekend, but I can’t say for sure that I’ll be able to make it. Sounds fun, though. If I show up, I’ll be accompanied by **Long Time First Time** , who’s out of town right now (but due to return tomorrow). Other Hoosiers who come to mind are **Indygrrl** , **Indyellen** , **simplycats** , and **Sattua** (who is, or at least recently was, a Purdue student). I’m sure I’ll think of one or two more shortly after this post appears. ---

I heard from **Munch** last night. He let his membership lapse because of work, but he’s still interested in joining us, once we get something figured out. Am I crazy for posting this two months in advance?? I feel like it! I just know that I’ll be free that weekend, but we might be able to move it closer, if that would work out for y’all. ---

Well, it’s a whole lot closer to that time now! I’ve speculated about Festing next weekend whilst hubby is gone, but I will have to deliver his pie entries to the State Fair on Saturday. Not to say we can’t still get together at that time, but I’ll have to plan my delivery accordingly. Thoughts, plans, ideas??? Well, I know in another thread (about GenCon) you’d mentioned possibly bumping the Fest to the following weekend (8/20) because of other Dopers being in town that weekend, but either would probably work for me. Never having been to a Dopefest, are they family friendly? I have my daughter the weekend of the 13th, and since I only see her every other weekend I try to include her in stuff I’m doing if possible (and if she won’t be bored - she’s 12.)
