I believe we were looking in Lake View, someplace not too far from the El. D’Agostino’s has been suggested, but I’m open to anywhere in Lake View, just want a place with beer and food and, of course, separate checks 🙂 ---

There’s a fun place called [Cheesie’s](http://www.yelp.com/biz/cheesies-pub-and-grub-chicago) at Belmont and Sheffield. It’s basically a pub, where you pay the bartender as you go (no problem with separate checks) and you can order food if you want (great variety of grilled cheese sandwiches and other stuff). It’s very close to the Belmont el stop, and there is paybox parking on the street. Just a thought. ---

July 20 was the proposed date, and it looks like it might be the best of possible days in the Wrigley/Lake View area. Kelly Clarkson plays at Wrigley on the 20th, I don’t know how big she is these days, but if we’re going to be in the Wrigleyville area, might want to look at the early part of the afternoon. Venue and time of day are up for discussion ---
