Any Kitchen Knife Experts in the House?

Peugeot Group does make pepper mills but the only knife I can find is on a shitty overpriced waiter’s corkscrew, and the logo on the knife in the linked picture is not Peugeot; the lion is facing the wrong direction.

Culinary schools are, by and large, massive ripoff factories that overcharge students for everything from books they’ll rarely reference to obligatory cookware that they won’t use outside of class.

I’m reflexively leaning toward “knockoff”.

Also, was there any human blood on the knives? Because that’s the first thing I’d worry about if I found a set of [del]weapons[/del] cooking utensils discarded in an alley. Maybe I’ve watched too many police procedurals.

Nah, it was in with a bunch of other stuff - my educated guess was apartment clean-out after a tenant left.

Same here. What I can see of the handle, it’s not very good looking.
