# Any medics in the house?

Okay, so, what was this injury? What broke? To me it seems his elbow joint popped out - how would this be repaired? Or was it his forearm that broke?  
Call the police? Wtf?

It’s impossible to tell what the injury was, given that the arm is not real visible.

But the most common injuries in arm wrestling are related to distal humeral fracture, usually a spiral fracture.

Do we really need to be using spoilers in GQ?
