I want a free MP3 playing piece of software that allows you to pick an A and B section of a song and then loop that part of the song on repeat. Are there any that do that?

I have found some winamp plugins that supposedly do that, but they aren’t working. I don’t see anything in VLC media player or windows media player.

I’d prefer to do this via winamp since that is my default MP3 player, but it isn’t going to kill me to use something else to get this feature.
