When I saw Big Bertha’s picture, I thought she might have been someone I knew in school. She looked my age in the pic, and I do remember my friend having the nickname Big Bertha. But, alas, it was not her. I find it hard enough to find people from the same state as me, let alone people I’ve actually met. ---

Turns out I know another of the Spanish posters, which was a neat thing to find out although it didn’t happen in the best of circumstances. ---

I didn’t realize that I knew **Shot from Guns** until someone, in the midst of a Pit thread, cyberstalked her and posted a link to her old LJ, which was under the handle **SfG** used previously. ---

I knew someone here from SF conventions. I was able to figure out that a poster on the board was quite likely him, and finally asked him to confirm. I assume he knew who I was earlier, since I’ve never made a secret of my real name. ---

I was behind a car at a stoplight several months ago and the car had an “I heart Sanibel” bumper sticker on it. I wonder if it was **SanibelMan** , who had a year or so before started a thread about Madison.
