# Any reason why MS Access won't turn my table+query+query into subforms?

I’m using the form wizard in MS Access. I selected a table from the drop-down menu and transferred all the fields to the “selected fields” box. Did the same for two queries. So I have one table and two queries’ worth of fields selected. I press Next.

The radio button that’s supposed to day “Form with subforms” isn’t even there. Is there something wrong with my tables/queries? Any thoughts?

Is it possible that your table and two queries are pulling fields from one table only?

If the fields are from two tables, do those tables have a relation? Check Tools, Relationships to ensure that there is a one-to-many relation defined.
