# Any road work in these areas?

Even though this is a general question I’ll post it here.

I’m going on a trip and need to know about any road work in these areas. Sorry if I get the towns wrong as I don’t have my map in front of me, just the roads.

I-70 west Frederick, MD to Hancock, MD  
I-68 West to Morgontown, WV  
I-79 South to Charleston, WV  
I-64 West to Louisville, KY  
I-65 South to Nashville, TN  
I-40 East to Greensboro, NC  
I-85 North to Petersburg, VA  
I-95 North to DC

I know there is some work on I-40 near Ashville, NC and I-85 near Greensboro, but I really need to know about the roads in KY and TN. Yes I know there are web sites but they do not always have the best information.

I suggest picking up Microsoft Streets & Trips. It can download all that information for you.

BTW: Near DC, I-95 at I-395 & I-495 is a mess. The interchange is being rebulit, hopefully it will be less of a mess when they’re finished.

I-65 just North of Nashville is under very heavy construction. Some weekends it is down to just one lane.
