In honor of the new CD I must get this off my chest: SLOAN RULES!!! SLOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNN!!! If you haven’t picked up the new CD yet - by all means get it now, man! Great stuff. Maybe not as good as Twice Removed - but I’m liking it more each time I listen to it - which has been about 20 times since last night 🙂 ---

I’m a big Sloan fan. My favorite release by them is One Chord To Another with the bonus live party CD. I didn’t care for their Between The Bridges release, so I’m a bit wary of anything new by them. I’ll probably check it out though. ---

I got a copy of “smeared” back in college, but then they fell off of my radar. Then I picked up a copy of “3 chords and the truth” a few years ago, and sold it soon after. I wasn’t very impressed. ---

No, it was a special import that was only made in Myanmar in 1994 and then the record company abruptly burned down during the first day of it’s printing. There’s only 58 known copies. You mean you don’t have yours? And you call yourself a FAN? :o Yes, “One Chord to Another” is what I meant. You can obviously tell how impressed I was with it. 🙂 ---
