# Any way to search just for threads you've started?

Since most of us reply to far more threads than we start, this would make searching quicker and easier.

Yes, just click on your name and view your public profile. On the profile page you can search for all posts by you or just all threads started by you.

If you click on the Search-\>Advanced Search button, you can also do a search for threads started by any username. Use the pulldown menu under the username box.

Hmm… a search for threads I’ve started yielded several pages of results, but wouldn’t let me see anything older than a year ago. Is a block in effect for reading old threads?

Did you use the pulldown or the Advanced Search menu? The latter allows you search for threads from any date.
