Apparently, an NXT prospect named [Braun Stowman](http://orig08.deviantart.net/76b3/f/2015/092/d/5/braun_stowman_render_by_dfreedom30-d8o2qz2.png) has been debuted as the new Wyatt. I’m not watching this live because I’m on the west coast and WWE hates us, but he sounds promising. ---

Well, just reading recaps, but I’d say Vince’s booking of the Diva’s Division is what needs to go. Turn it over to Trips or one of his people, get rid of these artificial 3 diva teams, let the four horsewomen band together and utterly destroy the rest of the division. Makes a natural opening 6+ months down the line for the return of Natalya, and by then, Bayley, as two faces who can walk the walk. ---

And here’s what they say: “Each of us is superior to every other diva on the roster, to any woman wrestler on the planet. We are the best of the best, the elite of the elite. And we’re going to prove it, week after week. We’re going to embarrass these “pretend” divas who can’t wrestle, and we’re going to run this show” And then let them do exactly that. WWE pulls petty shit like this all the time, so if (and we know they do) have divas who aren’t making the effort, then let them be outshone and technically embarrassed in the ring on TV. Then they start cheating. They explain it away as saying they were being merciful. Their team mate had already humiliated (diva), so they decided to cut the match short to spare her further shame in front of her family and the whole world. All this sets up the disappearance of the bad Divas, actual matches and story lines with clear heels and faces, culminating in the introduction of Bayley and return of Natalya as faces who can keep up, with potential turns for the four horsewomen. ---

Welp, RAW made up for some of last night’s debacle, with the return of the Dudleyz, the introduction of the utterly scary Braun Stroman to the Wyatt clan and him constricting Reigns with his toes dangling in the air, and Big Show taking that huge bump from the Four Faces. Heyman got off another epic promo and Lesnar got to Bo-lieve in himself again. New-hoo Day-hee was over-the-top hilarious. But the Bellas still suck, and the audience didn’t get their Sasha. Sting and Seth will have vignettes for the next month, but you know Sting will lose at the PPV. ---

Dean showed up for the blizzard too. “Dinosaur T-Rex with a beard” hahahahahh!!! Dean, if you’re ever in Raleigh NC, I got some Kush to smoke with ya. The NXT: Brooklyn leftovers: 8-man match was fun, but Enzo & Cass could have tossed around GI Joe dolls in the ring and got the same reaction. They are insanely over, and could work well with New-hoo Day-hee if called up. Read the paper during the Eva Mannequin match. Did I miss anything? I like this version of Bull Dempsey as Bull Fit. It allows the audience to sound like they’re saying worty dirds. The Fatal 4-Way ended in kind of a dud. Was Emma supposed to win? I realize it’s a rule for departing talent to job and put over the talent that remains, but who gets pinned from being run into the corner? ---

What the hell is “Brie Mode?” I mean, I know it’s a takeoff on “Beast Mode,” but when Marshawn Lynch engages “Beast Mode,” he stops being regular ol’ Marshawn and he becomes a BEAST, and that beast shakes off tacklers and rolls over people and scores, something that a non-beast person could not readily do (or do at all). But Brie is ALREADY Brie. So what happens when she engages “Brie Mode?” I mean, isn’t she, technically speaking, ALWAYS in “Brie Mode?” ---

Honestly it was always just “drunk Brie”, but I think they kinda transitioned that to a positive and made her own version of Beast Mode. I, too, felt the end of the women’s match last night was a bit…off. Even the announcers seemed a bit incredulous over Emma winning. Truth be told I didn’t totally mind the Eva/Carmella match because Eva is definitely better in the ring than she was before, and I love me some Carmella so any reason to see her I’m happy. Oh, and chanting “you can’t wrestle” to her? Yeah, neither can anyone else in NXT that’s why they’re in NXT, people seem to forget that these are still technically amateur wrestlers ---

So, _Takeover 7: The Fed Awakens_ is still more than a month away, and Triple H has already announced the date for Takeover 8: December 16th, live from _Wembley Arena in London, England._ The venue seats 12,500, comparable to Barclays Center, so it’s going to be a hell of a crowd. The bell time on NXT’s website is 7:30 PM, which means it’ll be going on the air at 2 PM Eastern time, 11 AM Pacific. Which is a really weird time for a live wrestling show to air, but not as weird as 5:30 AM on a Saturday morning. If they don’t find some way to get William Regal in the ring for this show, I’ll be surprised. ---

From what I’ve read, the finish of the eight-Diva tag was indeed botched. Becky wasn’t supposed to get pinned by Emma, but she didn’t get her shoulders up in time, and since the refs are trained to _never_ stop a pin count absent outside interference, he counted the three. Normally, when a botch like that happens in a match for a taped show, they’ll just do the final segment over again, but this was taped immediately before they went live for Takeover, so they didn’t have time for a retake. ---

Big Show swerves again. I guess they figure it will help his straight-to-DVD movie sales. Maybe they plan a “Battle of the Giants” series with Braun Stroman, short for Brawny Strongman. I’m guessing when Erick Rowan returns, he’ll be a jobbing face again, for white sheep vs black sheep purposes. ---

I’m going to agree with the dirt sheet writer who said that Carmella and Eva Marie had no business wrestling each other on TV. The match was slow, plodding and they both moved around like that had no fucking idea what to do next. Both of them need to be wrestling people with far more experience who can cover for them and guide them through the match. ---

BS put his finishing move on Dolph and was about to pin him, then Rusev tagged himself in so he could put the Accolade on Zig. BS got pissed and KO’ed him, then left. Zig then flopped himself on top of Rusev for the win. Big Show changes sides at least once a year, seems like. ---
