I reguarly win a competition at another forum and the prize is always Amazon gift credit I’ve already had a new tablet, phome, PC, microwave, oven and various sundries from Amazon. I don’t really need any more electrical items. I’ve also been buying gift cards for places I like but since a new rule change I can’t buy gift cards with Amazon credit any more. I still have over £400 credit and the competitions don’t look like stopping.

All the groceries at Amazon are wildly overpriced, (unless you use Prime at £9 a month in which case you can buy stuff from Morrisons, one of our big 4 supermarkets, at a resasonable price).

I’ve made enquiries with my family about buying stuff they want fom Amazon at a discount but not had any interest.

£9 a month seems like a waste, since I have no interest in any of the other Prime benefits, but looks like it may be the least bad option.

I just thought I might put it out there in case anybody has a good technique to convert Amazon credit to usable cash or a suggestion of something I’ll need that is reasonably priced at Amazon UK.
