Anybody learn to run with a jogging stroller?

I’ve only run with a jogging stroller once. A bunch of friends and I were running a 5k, and my friend had three kids, so she needed help with pushing them all in strollers. Thing is, the race was in DC, and nearly every block ended in a traffic circle. You want to talk about a full body workout!!

Since that was my only experience with a jogging stroller, I don’t have a lot of advice, I’m more here to empathize. All I can really say is, well, I imagine that as a mother you have a limited amount of time to work out. And if you’re running with a jogging stroller, then you’re definitely getting more of an intense and whole-body workout in that time period than you would have from simply running. So that’s good, right? Sorry I can’t be more helpful!
