[They call it an “Anti-Crime Roadster”](http://www.islandserve.com/~dc99/umcp3.htm), but it’s obviously a knock-off of the 1960’s TV show car. [The company that builds them](http://www.islandserve.com/~dc99/) also makes replicas of other “star cars,” but they _don’t_ make a time travelling DeLorean. For that, you need to contact [these guys](http://deloreanmotorcenter.com/) who can build one for $70K (DeLorean **not** included) or rent you one for $600/day.

Russ Martin, a radio personality in Dallas, has not one - but two Batmobiles, a Mach Five and a General Lee.

I don’t drive, and I haven’t really ever wanted a car. But if I had the cash, I would totally get that Batmobile and learn to drive it. I was obsessed by the Batmobile as a kid. I drew exquisitely detailed pictures of it, from all angles. It’s somehow comforting to know that somebody was even more obsessed by it than I was, and he and his friends still are!

[Do you want the 2-door or the 4-door version?](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=320805) If you want a real blower, that’ll cost a little extra, but I’d say it’s worth it.
