OK, to summarize, we have a American male who died more than 20 yrs ago. Could we read about this person in a mainstream US history educational book? (Someone like Elvis would not be in in my definition of a mainstream history book.) ---

Although I think Elvis, given his impact on pop culture and music, _would_ be in a mainstream U.S. history book nowadays (in any event, Elvis is not the answer to this particular game). ---

Crap, only 6 qs left. OK, folks, we gotta gamble to cut to the chase. I suggest the following options for questioning topics: Cut straight to Presidents? State/federal/local govt. Narrowing the time frame by death date or dates of public service Elected, appointed, public employee? Thoughts? PS: The Pee Wee Herman q shouldn’t count. C’mon! ---
