# Anybody watching "The Handmaid's Tale" on Hulu?

Maybe this isn’t the place for it but a bunch of women in Handmaid’s outfits protested an appearance by Mike Pence today.

I wonder if he was actually told what they were going to do before he went under. Judging by her reaction afterwards they didn’t tell Emily, but she was just a Handmaid and he’s a Commander. He was even allowed to speak at his own trial (& there was actual deliberation over his sentence too).

I didn’t really like the music used in the series. I mean, I get that it’s supposed to be taking place in recent history, but I found it jarring every time they played a recent song.

Likewise, I don’t think “2001: A Space Odyssey” would be improved by adding the song “Get Ur Freak On” despite being chronologically appropriate (so to speak).
