# Anyone breastfed twins? Suggestions, stories, sympathy requested.

Yeay for you!

I’ve only met one lady who was exclusively brestfeeding her twins, and she did it by using a football hold and feeding them simultaneously, one baby on each breast.

If you ask me that’s an approach only for the very brave!

That’s what I’m gonna try to do–we found a special twin breastfeeding pillow that’s angled in toward the body that should help a lot with that. Keep your fingers crossed!

My wife did it, you can too! Football hold to keep their heads in the right place, pillows under the baby to support their weight and your arms, and you’re home free. You even get to sleep occasionally.

Congratulations!

(The next challenge is when they start walking - and running in opposite directions.)
