My birthday is in 12 days from this post. Allow me to add a third type: the Gemini who switches between type 1 and type 2. For example, I’m normally a type 1 but segue into type 2 on occasion. ---

Gemini checking in. June 9th. We’re both very happy to meet you. I have two distinct personalities and I’m famous for it among my friends. On more than one occasion I"ve heard “You are like two completely separate people,” or “I can’t believe you’re the same person.” At work and in settings that call for it I’m serious, a bit rigid, focused, very linear and logical. Away from work and in social settings I let it all hang out. Hedonist, sensualist, just a whole lot of fun. I call one “The Suit Self” and the other “The Other One.” I’m not reall into astrology either, but this trait is so pronounced that I had the Gemini zodiac sign tattooed into the small of my back. Now, when I wear my suit and I’m sitting in a meeting with the Governor, I know there’s a little bit of “The Other One” with me. Come on over and we’ll all have a drink or ten. ---

June 20 Gemnii here. Since my birthday is very close to the cusp, I’m practically a Cancer but I show absolutely NO signs of being anything like one. I’m pure Gemnii, all the way baby! Usually more of the Type 1…but on a bad PMS day, Type 2 can spring up out of nowhere. I don’t much believe in astrology either, but it is amazing how descriptions of Gemnii’s have got me pegged. ---
