I grew up in a mix of Newport Beach & Costa Mesa. So Orange County, not LA proper. But for travel purposes, I’d probably catch a nonstop to LAX versus a two-hop to John Wayne. ---

There is. Or at least Google assures me there is. Facebook is something I choose to _never_ deal with. It, and all its works, are anathema, period. I have rather few principles, but this is one I cherish. 😉 ---

I respect that. My High School class has a FB page too that is set to private and I don’t care to join. The High School itself has an alumni section and a page for each class. That’s an additional place to look. ---

It looks like there is a website for my class. It has pictures of my 50 year reunion, plus a list of people who have died, and other stuff. (it is a large class). I see what people my age look like, some good, some not so good. Of all the people that attended I counted three that I would want to talk to, but even then I would run out of things to say quickly, at least related to the past. It would be.. “Remember when we…”, “yeah that is a good memory”.
