I am so damn happy being by myself with no one around that I sometimes wonder if I am psychotic about it. I could gladly live in my little bubble without human contact for the rest of my life. I would love rental property management with I didn’t have to deal with all these freaking tenants! ---

Not yet. I’m a pretty easy going, happy person. But lately, my mood changes rapidly when I get out among the zombies. ---

I’m gonna chime in as not a misanthrope. I love people- the are the only thing that will ever truly surprise you. Even though I’m not an extroverted “talk to everyone” type, I need social contact to be happy. Even when I _think_ that I just want to be alone, I will always be happier at the end of the day if I’ve done something that involves other people. Which is why I love being a teacher. It forces me into seeing a lot of people every day. Spending more than a day or two alone is a sure way to throw myself into a funk.
