I got a credit this morning of $126.14 to be used towards Kindle Books. Nothing to sneeze at … Did any of you other eBook users get anything good? * * * In December 2013, a federal court approved legal settlements by publishers Hachette, HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, Macmillan, and Penguin in antitrust lawsuits filed by State Attorneys General and Class Plaintiffs about the price of eBooks. Those settlements resulted in credits for qualifying Kindle books purchased between April 1, 2010 and May 21, 2012. Eligible customers do not need to do anything to receive these credits. If you are eligible, we have already calculated your credit and added it to your Amazon account. As long as you have credit remaining we will automatically apply it to your next purchase of a Kindle book or a print book sold by [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com), regardless of publisher. The credit applied to your purchase will appear in your order summary. Eligible customers should have received a notification email from Amazon on March 25, 2014. I got $0.73 from Barnes & Noble, apparently once when I had a Nook I bought an ebook from them. Usually I download out-of-copyright stuff from the free places. Anyway, I have a Kindle now. Can’t buy anything for $0.73. Big whoop. ---

I got $1.46. Almost all the E-books I get (is that what this is from) are free from Amazon (either out of copyright or from the lending library) or sideloaded from Project Gutenberg. I think I’ve actually paid for two or three of them. ---

$8.03. I buy a ton of ebooks, but most of them are the Daily Deals or the $1.99 books. I also just got an email from Barnes & Noble that I’m about to get some money from them, for the lone Nook book I bought a while back when I thought I could read it through another platform. ---
