I have been having trouble staying logged in in Tapatalk. I can read the forums, but I can’t post using Tapatalk. I have to log in every time I use it, and still can only read. I’ve looked for a “stay logged in” type setting, but can’t find one. I’ve tried clearing the cache with no luck. Any ideas? ---

I don’t think this is a Tapatalk thing; I think it’s a SDMB thing. I don’t use Tapatalk, but ever since the board came back up after the Great Outage, I have to keep re-logging in, and it appears I am not alone in this. ---

**Moderator Note** We are currently having an issue with the board constantly logging people out. It’s not a Tapatalk problem. It’s a problem here on the SDMB. The tech folks are aware of it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. ---

There was a Tapatalk update yesterday. Mine is current now and I’m not having any problems, so which way are you? Updated or not? Either may tell you what the problem may be. ---

Yes, I have a problem with it. I keep seeing “Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk”. It’s more irritating than “Regards, Shodan”. Get off my lawn, tapatalk! Isn’t it a form of advertising? ---

Test. On my iPad Tapatalk lets me post after I log in. Unfortunately I have to log in every time I switch apps, or my screen times out due to inactivity. This is indeed new behavior.
