# Anyone else \*really\* surprised Saddam stayed in Iraq?

Carniv: Fair point, but aren’t there also mass graves being turned up here and there since we took over? I think a man who has a small cadre of body doubles who appear in his place for public occasions at times would also have sufficient paranoia to go about murdering any building crews who might be loose-lipped.

But since he _was_ found in such a squalid little hole, clearly he didn’t. Must not have read the Evil Overlord List. ^\_-

I still wonder where all his flunkies went. Couldn’t he instill enough loyalty in even _one_ bodygaurd to stay with him in his time of need?

How very sad.
