Mahaloth, I only read the first and last page of this post but I just saw the ending for Big and was telling my wife that everyone I know don’t believe me but there was a different ending I remember. I described it to her and then while trying to search to prove it I ran into this thread. You described it exactly the way I remembered it. I saw the clip for 13 going on 30 and I never saw this movie. I feel that you and I are correct. This is the first and probably only thread post I will ever give but I felt compelled to respond to this one. ---

It’s the 1988 movie _14 Going on 3_0 that gets confused with _Big_, not the 2004 movie _13 Going on 30_. ---

Probably not helping by adding any more to this, but… I didn’t read the thread, and I never saw the movie, however: going by the size of this thread, my money’s on that it was a highly controversial film. ---

Every time I see this thread pop up, I’m secretly hoping that I (and many others) have been proven wrong, and finally an incontrovertible clip of the alternate ending has finally surfaced its way to the internet but, alas, each time I’m sorely disappointed.
