At 8.6 miles, East Rutherford is as close to Manhattan as the Bronx, and significantly closer than Queens. ---

EDIT: Saw a factoid that said Giants Stadium is 6.9 miles from Times Square, compared to Yankee Stadium which is 6.6. ---

I am, aware, but I thought they were supposed to break ground on a “Jets Stadium” in 1986, and then never did. ---
