Actually, my can was yellow. That was the other big… um… competing color for generic products. There’s something wrong with that sentence, isn’t there? ---

I’ve been drinking “Russian-like” vodka for years. To me BEER is whatever tastes better going down than coming back up. (Not really, but kind of.) ---

Since she didn’t know jack, shit or squat about computers, I found her enormously easy to shen with fake news and product reviews. I wrote most of one for a new mouse replacement intended especially for women… very seriously describing how it was natural for men to use something they grabbed and moved around, but more natural for women to use something they poked their finger inside and wiggled around. It was beautiful and I had the beginnings of a photo mockup done before I just tossed the whole idea… but I wish I had the clipping next to the others, now. ---

I had one half of one. It was that bad. I did steal an unopened one that I used for decoration for many years. I may still have it in my basement. It was know to be so bad, that it was never stolen from my room during any of the late night droughts following a party at the fraternity house. No other alcohol ever survived those droughts except this particular can. ---

In the 70s I drank every kind of cheap beer there was, even Billy beer. Shlitz, Natty Bo, Shafer, Hamms (the worst), Strohs, Old Milwaukee, PBR and my fave: Schmidt’s (99 cents a six in 1974.) BEER could have been any of those. ---

Around high school or a bit after we used to drink “Waterfalls” Beer beer and cheap ass peach schnapps . Take a shot glass of schnapps and a can of beer, open the beer and while drinking out of the shot glass pour beer into the shot glass keeping it reasonably full. Usually you would put down about a half can of shitty beer and a shot of cheap schnapps in one go and as you were so distracted trying to pour while drinking you didnt even notice how bad it tasted. ---

So was Stroh’s. It’s only after they were gobbled up by bigger breweries that they turned to moose urine. ---
