# Anyone following the murder trial of Hans Reiser?

there is a guy in delaware in prison who was convicted of murder without a body being found. thomas capano (sp?).

they were not able to find her, they did find the cooler.

You needed a body in _more than one state?_ So, as long as you kept all your killin’ to one state, they couldn’t prosecute?
