[Fantastic hi-def picture of the crowd in the Mall](http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13200114). The procession, the crowd, and the world’s media in those blue tent-like things. What I find fascinating, in addition to the amazing breadth and detail of the pic, are the people who _aren’t_ watching the happy couple - people scratching their arses, picking their noses, looking at laptops and texting friends. And one very bored looking little girl on a camping chair stuck on the side of a pillar, talking on the phone. ---

I’m not her biggest fan by a long shot, but I’ve thawed my opinion of her considerably over the years. She’s not so bad. It was a cute picture. ---

Yeah, I don’t like Camiller, she’s walking proof of the ever-so-destructive, ‘the heart wants what the heart wants’ and ‘no love is wrong love’ bullshit. I hate that she didn’t have to carry a pregnancy and raise her kids in the fishbowl of public attention like Diana went through; no, Camilla got to swoop in and see the end of the boys’ primary education (while ignoring her [own son](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/1757537.stm)’s drug habit\*) and will now spend the rest of her days nodding and waving and smiling, her every whim fulfilled.
