I discovered it today, and apparently it’s a widespread? internet graphic running-gag meme type deal. Anyone hear know of it? Wikipedia doesn’t have a page on it and I’d like to write one, but I need some factual info on it first such as creation, history etc.

Apparently the guy who created him died; guess I won’t be sending him an email after all.
