# Anyone know an Amazon.com phone #?

I know I have called them before, but i have looked over the site high and low and cannot find a phone number for customer service.

I really need to get in touch with them about something I ordered that was supposed to be delivered by today and it still hasn’t even shipped yet. :mad:

I would bet it’s a toll free number, so try toll-free information: (800) 555-1212 and ask for the toll-free number for [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) or [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) Customer Service.

I remember having to call them one time when I placed an order on my credit card. They don’t have that freaking anywhere on their website. I had to go to a 800 number directory to get it.
