# Anyone know how to remove the moneypack virus?

This damn virus has my work computer locked up. Anyone know of a way to remove it or am I going to have to pay someone to get it done?

Combofix is the only one I’ve had luck with for getting rid of the FBI ransomware.

You’ll probably need to run it in safe mode.

Try googling moneypack remove. Your computer may seem locked up, but it’s unlikely that all methods of access are locked (safe mode, logging in as another user, booting to a disk)

It’ll probably take a few hours (removing the virus, not googling it), most of which will be spent waiting, so you can still do other stuff while this is happening.
