# Anyone know who how to reach a real person at Yahoo for help?

While doing some maintenance on my colleague’s PC, I noticed something peculiar relating to a Yahoo account that used said colleague’s name as an ID. I really need to get in touch with a support person at Yahoo to discuss this account, but I can’t seem to find a way to reach a person and not the automated help. Have any of you ever reached a person, and if so how did you do it?

Gosh, no way of getting to live tech support except through corporate headquarters? If all else fails I guess I’ll give it a whirl…
