# Anyone remember the Sunday Drive after church?

We’d often drive to [Green River Gorge](http://www.google.com/search?q=green+river+gorge&client=safari&rls=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=VwepUcn8HoSWiAKypoAg&ved=0CDkQsAQ&biw=1866&bih=970) or [Flaming Geyser park](http://www.google.com/search?q=flaming+geyser+state+park&client=safari&rls=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=6AepUaDMCqfjiALt5oD4BA&ved=0CFUQsAQ&biw=1866&bih=970) Of course, the flame was much bigger in the '50s. We’d sometimes go the [Mount Rainier National Park](http://www.google.com/search?q=mount+rainier+national+park+images&client=safari&rls=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=swipUZSlBoWvigKPv4G4CA&ved=0CCoQsAQ&biw=1866&bih=970).  
Very occasionally we’d make a longer trip to the [Olympic National Park](http://www.google.com/search?q=olympic+national+park&client=safari&rls=en&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=CgmpUbaEPaeRiQKyzoGwDw&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1866&bih=970) or the [Hoh rain Forest](http://www.google.com/search?q=hoh+rainforest&client=safari&rls=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=VQmpUbnPEqWsiQLTgoCADA&ved=0CD4QsAQ&biw=1866&bih=970).  
We had a lot to see.
