My weak Google-fu turned up nothing, so I turn to Dope-wisdom instead. On the occasion of Super Bowl XII (Dallas v. Denver) in January, 1978, McDonald’s offered three short magazines recapitulating Super Bowls I-XI. The first volume (I-IV) had a black cover, the second (V-VIII) a blue cover, and the third (IX-XI) a green cover. There was a summary of each game, with color photographs. Presumably these were given away with the purchase of a Quarter Pounder or something. I collected them over a few weeks, and read them over and over for a few years during my early-adolescent obsession with the NFL. Anyone else remember them? I’d love to see them again. ---

I had those. And for all I know they are still in the back of the closet. I did a quick check of EBAY and there are some for sale. ---
