Just saw it, and yes, that’s the one! The opening title card is, “Dinner at the Cranes’s already in progress.” Just after the guests storm out in disgust, and Frasier’s caterer thrusts two lobsters into his hands and tells him to forget his phone number, Martin comes in wearing a tux with a blue sash across his chest, speaking in an Italian accent.
