# Anyone see anything interesting on their commute this morning?

I have a 15-minute drive to school down some back roads (well, in my town they’re ALL back roads…) Anyway, yesterday morning I got stuck behind a bunch of deer. They were spread out across the road so there wasn’t enough space to go through them if I wanted to. They were just very calmly walking down the road in the same direction I was taking. It could have been set to the music of “Stayin’ Alive.” I revved at them, honked at them, squealed my tires at them, nothing was getting them out of the road. Finally I stopped, let them get a ways ahead of me, then gunned it and ran towards them, braking at the last minute. That scared them (I guess they assumed I’d run over them; that was the point, anyway) and they got off the road so I could get to school.

Not really. I got up, shut off the “alarm” in the kitchen and cuddled my pets on the way. Then I opened the drapes to let in the sun then made coffee while I set up the studio.
I cut glass for hours and then took a shower and then took a nap… then I wrote for the rest of the day… you can just hate me anytime now… I work at home!
SUCKERS!!!
Sorry, I just couldn’t resist! But hey, if we are talking about giving make-overs to the folks in my neighborhood…
The first thing I would do is have that “lady” across the street cover her tattoos and cut her hair. I mean really, a tattoo like that would be “boss” on a guy but on a woman? EWWW!!! It’s not butch it’s just bad!
Okay, I better go now!

On my way home from college I was driving along and come to a stop light. Look over and in the car next to me, what do I see? An old NAKED couple. Hairy, overweight, and ugly. Yes, I saw their naughty bits. I thought I was gonna puke. I let out a loud EEEEEK and then hurriedly turned my attention to the red light. Soon as it turned green, I took off like hellsfire. Thank god I don’t have a photographic memory.

There was one day I was driving home from work at about 6:30 am and every animal I saw along the country drive home was either getting it on with another or taking a huge dump. It was one of the weirder things that has ever happened to me.

Yesterday on my early morning commute home I saw a cow trying to mount another cow. I didn’t know there were lesbian cows. It just struck me as odd.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw this cute young thing (female) driving a Toyota pick-up, with a bumper sticker that has had my imagination in overdrive ever since. It said, “Lick me 'til I scream.” I was tempted to follow her to see where she went…then I realized that I didn’t need to be featured on the evening news as the ‘Highway 99 Stalker’.

I live next to a graveyard. Or at least I have to walk past it to get to the main part of campus. The other day I was walking by it and there were people in hoods chanting around the graves. Mildly discerning. I suspect it was one of the frats being punkish.

Today as I got close to the office I was cut off by a (_drumroll_) YUGO! Yes, there is still actually a functioning Yugo loose on the streets of Chicago. Oddly enough it was turning into a Auto-Mechanic’s Lot.

Andygirl, the other day could have been the Autumnal Equinox in conjunction with a Harvest/Hunter Moon. You may have witnessed a pagan ceremony. Some pagan religions combine holidays so it could have been a Samhain ritual also. 🙂 Or it could have just been a bunch of thugs.
Rilchiam, I do take pity with those out of touch with reality but it doesn’t mean I am nice enough not to laugh at them when they basically have a “normal” appearance that somehow is just wrong. 🙂 HUGS

On several occasions I have seen people flossing their teeth while driving. One guy seemed to be enjoying eating what he found; perhaps he considered it to be a nice appetizer. Eeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww…
