# Anyone seen "Naked Boys Singing" off-B'way?

I’m planning a [trip to New York](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=263450) next week, and this is one off-Broadway show that (for obvious reasons) has, er, piqued my interest. It’s still playing; I believe it’s changed venues.

Is it worth seeing - not so much for the nekkid boys, but for the show itself? Keep in mind I’d be getting a ticket half price at TKTS.

And if you’ve seen any other off-B’way shows that you could recommend, please do.

For a half-price ticket to an already reasonably cheap show (at least it was when I went), yeah, I’d say it’s worth it. But in all honestly, it’s all about the nudity. If it weren’t for the nudity, the show would have closed within a week. There are some funny bits (and one or two very out-of-place serious bits), but it’s nothing to write home about (so to speak). Still, I’d recommend going if for no other reason than to say you went. When I went, I had front-row seats. I met one of the cast members a couple of days later (through a friend of a friend who was also in the show) and he greeted me with, “Hello! You’ve seen my penis!” 😃
