I’ve had an MCI calling card for years and the rate is 3.5 cents a minute. I’ve wondered about other calling cards and are there one’s out there that don’t have pin numbers involved. I really use mine to call my husband at work. Our land line to his cell is $1 per call.
I found [Noble Callingcard](http://www.nobelcom.com/?utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=best+rate+calling+card&AFFN=129&ovmkt=G5QARTEFI4CLQ1917J5QCPTSCC) . Any input would be appreciated.
