I had a boss once that looked, talked, and acted just like Ned Flanders from the Simpsons. I came up with other people pretty frenquently: Them: “He looks like a character but I forget the name”. Me: “He’s Ned Flanders” Them: “That’s it!” ---

After threatening my whole family with cutting off contact with them if they did not ALL go see “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” (Dad hadn’t been to the movies in 10 years), my brothers informed me that they had found the root to much of Mom’s peculiar behaviour. Mom is a toon! Which also explains why I’m a girl from Mars, married-bro is a guy from Pluto (or perhaps the Oort belt) and single-bro is a guy from one of Jupiter’s moons (we haven’t figured out which one yet). ---

There’s a guy here who reminds me of [Baby Huey](http://www.toonopedia.com/babyhuey.htm) in that he’s tall and has a gigantic belly! Way beyond beer belly, way beyond pregnancy joke belly - the thing is massive! I know I’m no one to talk, but truly, his gut amazes me. But, unlike Baby Huey, this guy is a huge conspiracy theorist. He laid in supplies for Y2K - he was sure it was gonna be the end of the world. :rolleyes: He never, _never_, has something to say that isn’t bitter or hateful. Thankfully, I don’t have to deal with him on a regular basis. ---

I once worked with a guy whose was horribly, terribly _close_ to “Ned Flanders”. His last name was Flinders, and I’ll bet he got called “Ned” or “Flanders” often enough. He didn’t have any facial similarity or personality similarities, though. ---

I work with a guy who looks like [Wallace Shawn](http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001728/) ([Vizzini from _The Princess Bride_](http://www.imdb.com/gallery/ss/0093779/Ss/0093779/6120_16_2.jpg?path=pgallery&path_key=Shawn,%20Wallace) - also the voice of the Tyrannosaurus in the _Toy Story_ movies) in a cartoonish kind of way. I told my wife about him, and while she and the kids were with me in the lunchroom yesterday, Vizzini comes walking in, so I made sure to say something to my wife that involved the word “inconceivable” so she would notice his entrance.
