My Hotmail Spam used to be all but non-existant.
Now, I’m getting 6 to 12 a day.
Let me answer your OP: Yes, but I’ve noticed a suspiciously drastic reduction in my incoming email, too.
This includes the spam/bulk folder.
I have also noticed a drastic drop in spam. I thought it might have something to do with the new federal spam law, because when I first noticed I was getting less spam, it was right around the time last month when the President signed the bill into law. Although I understand it didn’t actually take effect until January 1st, so it might have been just a coincidence.
