Right health insurance, of course. And no, a doctor won’t refuse them care – but the whole point of this argument, shithead, is that NOT EVERYONE IS ABLE TO BUY INSURANCE. And for those that can’t, they’re going broke or they can’t afford basic care. SOME of them are dying. As for insurance being available for pre-existing conditions, I’d like a cite for that, please. :dubious: (And being called “stupid as fuck” by you is pretty much a compliment) ---

No. You’re going to have to explain how UHC would not “provide for the general welfare of all people equally, regardless of their individual circumstances and individual decisions”, because I’m aftraid I’m not seeing it. The Constitutional argument I find weak as well - all kinds of crazy shit in there originally that has been amended, either to eliminate bad ideas or establish new rights. ---

Even with Universal Health Care, I’m afraid we wouldn’t be able to cure his problems. He’s able to bend that amendment about “well regulated militias” to mean that he ought to be able to stockpile guns & ammo for his own personal use. Otherwise, he’s a Strict Constructionist! ---
