You could probably show her a street child in India and she’d claim the kid had it easier than her because at least it’s warm there. ---

A scholarship is not expected or intended to be repaid. You have no excuse for criticizing someone who qualified for, and received, a scholarship. As for student loans, they’re _loans_. Loans are made with the expectation that they’ll be repaid. Yeah, there are people who default on student loans. They’re in the minority. Again, you’ve got no reason to criticize the majority who take out those loans in good faith and pay them back on schedule.
