# Apologies to Budget Player Cadet and TomnDebb

I feel at least partially responsible for this since in my reply I used the phrase. So I don’t think BPC was thinking that way until I brought it up as something not to do. I know it isn’t a warning but still, I felt like it was worth mentioning.

It doesn’t look like your fault at all – you were very, very polite and completely reasonable.

Although I’m surprised there isn’t a threat announcing BPC’s suspension.

The remark mentioned in the OP isn’t what initiated the suspension, and **tomndebb’s** post was a note rather than an official warning. He had a warning for a different post before that. We are still having some discussion on the matter on the extent of the penalty. Some people are on travel for the holidays. An announcement will be forthcoming once everyone in the mod loop has a chance to comment.

Since the OP is based on a mistaken assumption, I am closing this.  
ETA: After discussion in the mod loop, the suspension has been changed to a ban. Once again, the post mentioned in the OP was not the deciding factor (although it certainly didn’t help).
