**Legality** Depends on where any “falling” takes place. In New York I’m over the age of consent. And in about ten weeks I’ll be legal in every state in the Union. I’m not too familiar with the AoC laws for, say, Texas, but there’s a site somewhere on which to look such things up. ---

17’s completely legal in Texas, and if you’re within 3 years of each other (IIRC) it’s okay. You’re both legal. (I’m straight, BTW) ---
