I don’t think I’ve ever seen an intelligent, well-articulated, reasonable argument that involved any tenets that resembled, “I believe **doorhinge**.” I’m saying that, given anyone who (a) claims to believe that all lives matter; and, (b) if asked whether that means “all lives, including black lives, matter” – which is already _literally_ true, but, sure, let’s get express clarification – will agree that, yes, “all lives matter” means “all lives, including black lives, matter”… …well, what more can I plausibly ask? If you don’t find him believable, then you presumably _still_ won’t find him believable if he says that black lives matter, right? It seems like you didn’t believe him when he said that all lives matter; like you don’t believe him when he says that all lives – including black lives – matter; I’d go 3-for-3 on taking him at his word, but why would you suddenly take him seriously? ---
